Microsoft and Yahoo Anounce Mobile Moves
Microsoft and Yahoo have both made plans to move further in to the mobile and mobile search area for 2008. Microsoft plans to upgrade its browser for mobiles to make them easier to use and more up to date with the latest browsers for PC's and Laptops. The new features Microsoft are looking to include are Mapping Features for people in your contact list of your phone, more security features and easier browsing and bookmarking in general. The new version Microsoft are talking about includes an integrated Adobe Flash Player meaning in flash being able to be viewed on your mobiles.
Also Yahoo are making moves to the mobile market by integrating a new voice searching function meaning you can speak in to the mobile device and it will type in to the search engine, and a new Yahoo box at the top of your phone for quick typing to Yahoo. It will be exciting times over the next few years as the big IT/SE companies move in to the mobile area even further that seen before.
